Plan concerts, days out and group activities in one link

Get the group to commit before the tickets sell out, keep the meeting point current and split what everyone owes - without rebuilding the group at every step.

In short

Outings run on a clock nobody controls: tickets sell, prices tier up and half the group is still “checking”. Status Social moves the same event from date options to a confirmed plan, with the ticket cost recorded against whoever fronted it and split between the people who actually went.

Before you book

  • Say the expected price per person before asking who is in - “about £45 plus fees” changes who says yes.
  • Set a decision deadline earlier than the on-sale time, not the same day.
  • Say who is buying and that you are only buying for confirmed people.
  • Say whether money is needed before or after, and be clear that a place is not held without it.

After you book

  • Put the confirmed date, meeting point and time somewhere that stays current.
  • Record who paid and split it between the people actually going, not the original chat.
  • Keep transport and ticket details on the event rather than re-sending screenshots.
  • Agree what happens if someone drops out - resell, absorb or the ticket is theirs.

Take the plan out of the group chat

Beautiful event invites and planning - invite guests, choose a date, split expenses and share photos.
